What to send us (and what not to)
Never submit passwords, payment details, API keys, or sensitive customer data through our website forms or by plain email. Our forms remind you of this, and we will never ask for credentials through them.
How we handle your form data
Form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems and used only to respond and follow up. We collect the minimum information needed — our audit form asks for basic contact and business context only.
System access during projects
If a project ever requires access to your systems, it is arranged separately and follows these practices:
- Access is requested only when actually needed, at the lowest level that works
- Credentials are shared through secure channels, never through forms or plain email
- Access should be revocable by you at any time
- Access is removed when the work no longer requires it
Data minimization
We prefer working with the least data necessary. Where possible, we use test data, limited exports, or scoped accounts instead of full production access.
Third-party services
Our website and operations rely on established third-party providers (hosting, forms, email, scheduling, analytics). We choose reputable services, but their security practices are governed by their own policies.
What we don't claim
We do not claim formal certifications such as SOC 2 or HIPAA compliance, and we avoid vague promises like “bank-level security.” If a project has specific compliance requirements, raise them early and we’ll tell you honestly whether and how we can meet them.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you’ve found a security issue involving our website or a system we operate, email hello@antibit.io with details. We take reports seriously and will respond promptly.
